Hey everyone, I'm Colin


I work from a pluralistic and collaborative approach, tailoring therapy to your unique needs and preferences. I draw on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioural, and humanistic models. I adapt our work together so it feels meaningful and effective for you. I see therapy as a partnership, you are the expert in your own life and I bring my knowledge to walk alongside you.


I offer a calm, confidential space to explore challenges such as stress, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, low self-worth, and addictive behaviours, as well as personal development and finding meaning. My style is flexible and responsive whether reflective, structured, creative, or insight-based, we’ll find together what feels most helpful.


At the heart of my practice is trust, respect, and openness, creating a safe space for growth and change.
