Currently in Scotland, we have the highest rate of death by suicide in the UK. The challenges posed by Scottish culture make it difficult to approach these subjects with confidence, and that is what we aim to challenge.
By normalising the language surrounding mental health through community workshops, expanding our education services, and implementing training programmes, we can provide valuable insights into why we think and behave the way we do.

Community organisations, charities and education institutions can access our support for free or through funding. For anyone else, we offer a fee based upon length and depth of workshop or training required.
