Currently in Scotland, we have the highest rate of death by suicide in the UK. The challenges posed by Scottish culture make it difficult to approach these subjects with confidence, and that is what we aim to challenge. By normalising the language surrounding mental health through community workshops, expanding our education services, and implementing training programmes, we can provide valuable insights into why we think and behave the way we do. This could foster a deeper level of understanding, allowing conversations about these crucial topics to become the norm.

We offer free community workshops aimed at helping our community. For example, we previously have run a workshop aimed at parents and guardians of teens experiencing anxiety. We always welcome requests from community organisations for workshops designed to what problems the people you support are facing.

We are passionate about bringing vital mental health conversations directly to students and educators through our community workshops. We offer free education services, including presentations and tailored training programmes specifically designed for school and college curricula. Proactive mental health education is essential for everyone.

Empower your team with clinical insights and practical tools through our community workshops and education services. We design and deliver specialised, evidence-based training programmes for businesses, organisations, and non-profits. Our focus is on building custom curriculum tailored specifically to your field and organisational goals.
Community workshops and education institutions can access our support for free. For anyone else, we offer a fee based upon length and depth of workshop or training required.
Please reach us at Info@fightorflightclub.co.uk if you cannot find an answer to your question.
Our community workshops are designed for target groups, for example our "Understanding Teen Anxiety and Depression" workshop was aimed at parents and guardians. We look at current trends in our community, Glenrothes, and will work to develop workshops aimed at supporting the community. We will advertise these on our social media (Facebook and Instagram). If you would like to join our reminder email list, please email: info@fightorflightclub.co.uk
Anxiety, stress, burnout, depression - all of these things have never been more tied into our communities. We build workshops to help staff be more aware of what it is, what is happening, the signs of it in others, as well as actually practical strategies and resources to try and fight back.
We have offered a variety of workshops for staff members in a range of sectors. From stress, burnout and moral injury to counselling skills in youth work. Our workshops are completely developed with your goals in mind.
