I’m Cree, one of the pluralistic therapist here at Fight or Flight Club and a registered member of the BACP.
I'm passionate about supporting people through life's challenges, and helping build resilience, insight and self-compassion.
Every person is different, and so is every path to healing. In therapy, we will collaborate together to find approaches that resonate with you — drawing from different methods, techniques, and traditions to support your unique needs, goals, and values.
Whether you're looking to explore your past, manage anxiety, navigate a life change, or just have a space to breathe and reflect — I am here to support you through it.
My background includes volunteering with Shout the crisis textline service, where I supported people navigating moments of crisis, distress, and uncertainty. This experience deepened my belief that there is no one-size-fits-all in mental health support — and that your voice matters.
I will offer a supportive space where we can explore what’s important to you, whether that’s through talking therapy, creative tools, or simply holding space together.
